I am a uniquely skilled Real­tor who is com­pletely ded­i­cated to my customer’s experience. As a former construction manager for nearly 20 years, I've had the pleasure of working for some of Arizona's most prominent home builders, great companies like Toll Brothers, Maracay (now Tri-Point), and Taylor Morrison, to name a few. During that time, I managed the construction and delivery of nearly 1,000 homes valley wide, ranging from small entry level to large million dollar semi-customs. 

Hav­ing built that many homes over that many years, there isn’t much that I haven’t seen or experienced. Know­ing every aspect of a home's con­struc­tion gives me a huge advan­tage when it comes to deter­min­ing poten­tial defects (i.e. what’s a Big Deal, and what is not), and the costs asso­ci­ated with any repairs or improve­ments. Whether it’s deter­min­ing the value asso­ci­ated with improv­ing your cur­rent home, or assess­ing the costs of fix­ing up the next one, my con­struc­tion knowl­edge is invalu­able, and offers clients a per­spec­tive and level of ser­vice that very few agents can offer.
